Our staff is qualified and authorized to represent the investor and secure his interests in the construction process. We care about the correctness of the investment implementation in accordance with the law and standards, quality and economy of the process. As part of the investor's supervision activities, we represent the investor's interest in the implementation of the investment entrusted to us, in particular controlling in the field of:

• compliance with legal regulations and principles of technical knowledge,

• compliance with the standard and guidelines of a given project,

• compliance with the agreed time schedule,

• compliance with quality standards,

• compliance with budget assumptions.

We offer investor supervision of the entire investment process, starting from the concept of investment implementation, through the design and construction process, and ending with investment settlement and representing the investor in acceptance activities.
